Objective
In an ever-changing world, software development has to be agile. To achieve this, Software Engineers have to adopt a customer-centric approach that emphasises customer satisfaction. Software engineers have to deliver software continuously, in small iterations, each adding extra value to the client. The purpose of the seminar is to help the participants understand the importance of Agile Software Development and acquire knowledge and skills in correctly doing the Scrum events and delivering software iteratively using the Scrum framework.

- Identify the purpose and perform the different Scrum Events correctly.
- Urge their teams for frequent communication with the client.
- Feel that Software Development is teamwork and not the result of individuals.
- Prefer to deliver software, which will give immediate value to the client instead of documents and other deliverables.
- Measure their progress.
- Will be prepared to continue with an official Scrum Certification exam.
